Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products (PDFs)

Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy for PDF downloads is as follows:

  • No Refunds After Download: Once a PDF has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund as the product has been delivered.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing download within the 60-minute window, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 24 hours for a refund on the duplicate.

2. Online Courses

For our online courses, the following policy applies:

  • Before Course Start: Full refund available if requested before the course begins.
  • Within First 7 Days: 50% refund if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.
  • After 7 Days: No refund available after 7 days from enrollment or if more than 25% of content has been accessed.

3. Download Issues

If you face any issues with downloading your purchased PDF:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of purchase
  • Provide your order details and payment confirmation
  • We will either resolve the issue or provide a new download link

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your order ID or payment reference
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days

6. Cancellation

Order cancellation is possible only if:

  • The product has not been downloaded
  • Request is made within 1 hour of purchase
  • For courses, before the start date
